Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at support@peirhw.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Please take a photo of your damaged package or damaged item and be sure to attach it to the support@peirhw.com.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable).

-Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error;

-Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Exchanges

We only replace items within 30 days if they are arrive defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@peirhw.com.

Shipping costs and restocking fees for exchanges will be incurred by the customer.

RefundsIf applicable)
Upon receipt and inspection of the return, we will send you an email notifying you that we have received the return. We will also notify you if the refund has been approved.
If you are approved, we will process your refund and automatically refund it to your credit card or original payment method within 30 days.

 

Late or missing refunds If applicable) 
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

CancellationsIf applicable)

Cancellations of any products that were paid for using a credit card will incur a 5% cancellation fee.

You may cancel your order before you receive tracking information. Once the package ships, the order cannot be canceled. Cancellation of any products that have already been shipped will be treated as a : return, with shipping and restocking fees to be paid by the customer. Please refer to our return policy for more information.

CONDITIONS

Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds and exchanges are only processed if the product is still new and unused, with the packaging intact. The product should be free of dirt, damage and wear and tear from use, storage or transport. If you have taken the product out of the packaging, ensure that it's packed the same way as it was when you received it, complete with the original parts, assembly instructions and all packaging materials.

Shipping Costs

We offer free shipping on almost all our items but may deduct the shipping cost from the total refund amount. All the returned items must be shipped prepaid freight. We will not accept return shipments sent without prior authorization or shipped with the cash on delivery option.

Restocking Fee

Please note that a 15% restocking fee will be applied for any : returned products that aren't defective, as determined by the Peirhw Outdoor team.
